If you're not happy and need to return items you have the following options:
If the product is faulty we apologies and will certainly replace it. Depending on the goods we may ask you return them.
If you've changed your mind we are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit valid for 6months. Please contact us via email to get your returns authorisation before shipping goods back. To complete your return, we require an order no., receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return you must post goods back and email the tracking details within 3 days of receiving a return authority. On receipt we will ensure items are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags on. Once approved a store credit will be issued. Any change of mind returns will not be eligible for future FREE Shipping options. Shipping cost will be additional to the purchase of replacement goods and will be determined by the goods purchased.
Please note we do not offer refunds on INCORRECT SIZING for clothes, accessories and footwear. Please be sure of the size before you place your order. If you order the incorrect size we are happy to offer you a store credit, with the postage costs your responsibility.
Be aware we DO NOT offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing on SALE ITEMS. This applies to items purchased both instore and online.
Swimwear, gift cards and body products are non-returnable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you have not contacted us within 30days of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless found to be faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
